Repeat prescription:
You must nominate a chemist to collect your prescriptions from Greenway Practice. They will prepare your medications ready for you to collect direct from the chemist's shop. Please let reception know which pharmacy you have chosen.
There is no need for you to call at the GP Surgery as your prescription will not be here, but will be waiting for you to collect at your nominated chemist.

Prescriptions will be ready 2 business days after ordering (Mon-Fri).
You can order your prescription by several methods:
After first registering for online prescribing at reception, order online which will use the patient-services.co.uk site. You can speed up the registration process for online prescriptions by printing the online services registration form beforehand, completing it and bringing it to reception with a photo ID.
Phoning 028 90563408 and choosing Option 1.

Why can I not get a particular bath or shower preparation prescribed?
The NHS will be asking doctors to stop or greatly reduce the prescribing of some
treatments. This is because the treatments are:
• Not as safe as other treatments OR
• Not as good (effective) as other treatments OR
• More expensive than other treatments that do the same thing.
